Trace Acquisitions and Trace Property Management were both founded in 2010 by Terry and Susan Matheny and work together in concert. From the beginning, we learned that a vertically integrated company offers a superior outcome for the investors as well as the residents. Our Trace Property Management team is involved every step of the way. Even before getting an asset under contract, this team is helping to determine if the asset is a good target and, if so, develop the business plan that will enable us to deliver excellent results.

From the acquisition, through the operational phase, to the disposition, the acquisitions/asset management and property management teams work hand-in-hand to execute the business plan.
